Stupid Virus

Hi peeps,
Have been sick at home since last Thursday. Wed night started with coughing then Thur the temp of body started to rise from 37.2 (that's the first temp I recorded in morning). Thought just take some med and then can liao but afternoon felt real bad and temp was up to 37.8. Woops, no choice. Called Alf but he bzi at work. Asked him to bring me dr when he comes home about 6.30pm, anyway dr reopens for night clinic at 7pm. But Alf asked me to call my parents. Sigh... my bro is having the keys to the car but he is sleeping and I think lazy to come pick me up to c dr. Asked me to take a cab myself. After sometime, mum convined bro to come and bring me to c dr. Reaching dr's place, he confirmed fever at 37.7 so gave me some antibiotics, cough syrup and also fever med. Things statred to go downslope from Friday, fever became higher, recorded at 38.2 and also blocked and runny nose started coming in. Gosh, this virus is killing me. I half thinking... I got deague fever. Well.. things didn't go well till Sunday and I had to go c the dr again cos med all finished. He says that I am on roads to recovery since fever is down and also cough seems better.

Today not much coughing liao and of course, thank God, no more fever. Still a bit sick from cough and blocked nose. Hope to recover fast. This is the first time in my lifetime so far that I had such long time of sickness....

Rain and mayyyyy

Bored! That's y I am updating it again today.

Yesterday Alf took leave and we were supposed to go to the goat's farm. Well.. the sky was dark and sharks it rained. Sgh.. so no going.. Wasted his leave staying at home and snoozing. Goats farm?? Yes.. it is very interesting one lay. I love the zoo also, esp going with my deardear cos we have lotta fun and laughs. Boy, yes I am the childish one. Can be spoilt brat with my dear mah ;)

This morning, I mayy and mayyyyyyy but still cant get Alf to stay at home. Luckily he didn cos it is, once again, raining like a pig.. Piglet, piggy, pigs....

Fifty cents, hmm only Alf would understand. I am also walking down memory lane. Dreaming of days since my sec school...

Sorry sorry, so long never update. I recently very lag in updating hor? I bet my friends also don bother to read liao.. Haha..

Today something nice happen to me. My friend Ansley managed to find me on friendster. So happy cos I have not contacted hor met him since Sec 2. Very nice memories of us during schooldays. So innocent and fun. Wanna make a guess our status then?? Hehe... Read his blog lor, guess he didn't change much. Still that happy go lucky guy I know.

Updates..

Alf got a job. Actually more like went back to his ex-ex company lor. But now as contracted staff to SIA Engineering. Some of his old colleagues working with him. Hope he will be happy here. As for me, I am waiting for status of one interview at Outram as part time admin lor. I also applied to CGH for PSA position that I think I will like cos of human contact lor. U know I cant stand not dealing with ppl one. Kana scolding I also ok, so long got job satisfaction can liao. Tue going for that interview. I leave it to God, actually thought that I don wan to get a full time job but I applied for the CGH one and see what God has in mind for me. Pls pray for God to lead my way.

My "blood in urine" thingy. I went for forst appt on 1st June then x-ray a week after. The stupid x-ray took me about 2 hours.. sigh. Poor hb waiting outside for me till got very impatient liao. Then after that, we "celebrated" by eating buffet at Han River. Yummy, very very nice, would recommend ppl to go. East till so so full. Who tell that stupid hospital to ask me fast since 10pm the night before.. Haha..hehe...

My curry chicken from God-ma still haven come. Ppl pls help me remind Andy ok.. Greedy ;P

Lastly Yvonne's wedding. We had such great fun. The new dress that I bought looks nice on me though too long liao. Keep stepping on it even with 2'" high heels lay. Then other ppl step on it also and chairs. Hmm.. gotta alter it. Woops haven send it for dry cleaning yet.. Lazy me! Attendance at night dinner is Andy, Res, Hazel with Dave and of course the 4 pretty sisters lor (Sharon, Carol, Ruth and me). We also went the hair salon below the hotel to do our hair. Haha, so funny I keep making them embrassed by saying all the sisters done the hair at same salon..
